Rocky Narrows Reservation

On Labor Day Jenna hiked up to King Phillip's lookout at Rocky Narrows Reservation near our house. The site looks out over a narrow stretch of the Charles River.

As an aside, King Phillip was not a king but rather an Indian Chief who adopted the European title and who lead the local area Indians in an uprising against colonists in 1675-76.
